1. Who we are

2. The data we process
We only process data that you provide to us yourself, through:
- The contact form: salutation, first and last name, email address, telephone number and your message.
- The valuation form: the address and characteristics of the property, plus your name, email address and telephone number.
- The newsletter sign-up: first and last name and email address.
- Scheduling an appointment (via Calendly): name, email address and the appointment details.
In addition, our systems process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for the operation and security of the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contact and quotations: to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into one, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- Valuation: to carry out a valuation and follow-up contact. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into one.
- Newsletter: to send you our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
- Spam protection: we use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent misuse of our forms. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Who we share data with (processors)
We do not sell your data. For the operation of our site and our administration we engage service providers that process data as processors on our behalf:
- Google (Google Workspace for email, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts)
- HubSpot (CRM, to manage contacts and enquiries)
- Make.com (to process form submissions automatically)
- Our website's hosting provider
- Calendly (to schedule appointments)
Some of these parties process data (partly) outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Appropriate safeguards apply to such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We retain enquiries and contact details for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable follow-up period, and thereafter in accordance with our statutory retention obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and the right to object to the processing. You can withdraw any consent given at any time. Send your request to info@hydra-estate.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our website uses cookies and similar techniques:
