About
Property runs four generations deep in our family. My great-grandfather, grandfather and father were each active in property and passed their knowledge on from one generation to the next. I learned the trade from my father, Bas. That accumulated experience makes our work old-fashioned in the best sense: well first, then quickly.

How it began
"I'm Jorrit Oskam. I grew up between Bilthoven and Utrecht, and have now lived in Amsterdam for nearly six years. In recent years I worked as an estate agent from established offices in Naarden and Bilthoven, in the private market, and guided sales processes in Amsterdam. In that time I watched the market grow harder: more volume, less time, less attention for the story behind a transaction."

Jorrit Oskam is your first point of contact, from first conversation to completion. Bas Oskam, partner, brings 35 years of experience in new-build and development and is strategically involved in every project.

Background in real estate brokerage. Worked as a selling agent on private homes before founding Hydra Estate. Strong on market analysis, presentation, negotiation and building long-term relationships.
