What you can expect.
What is your area of operation?
The whole Randstad, with Amsterdam as our home base, also Haarlem, Het Gooi, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam.
Do I have to remove my own furniture?
Not necessarily. During the survey we agree what stays, what moves and what we add.
How long does the styling stay in place?
Eight weeks as standard, extendable monthly. The styling is aimed at a swift sale.
Do you work alongside my agent?
Of course, we coordinate on photography, timing and presentation. No agent yet? We can think along too.
Is styling worthwhile for my home?
For most homes styling delivers more than it costs. Where there is doubt, we give honest advice first.
What is the difference with home staging?
In essence the same. We prefer 'sales styling' because we don't just dress the home, we tell a deliberate sales story.
