Styling, for us, is not a tick-box exercise. It is the translation of a home into the person who will live there next, and the price they are willing to pay for it.

Every home calls for something different. We don't draw from a fixed furniture pack — we choose what suits the architecture, the neighbourhood and the audience for your home.

An eye on the buyer you seek.

A family home in Oud-Zuid asks for a different story than a flat near the Wallen. We decide upfront who the home should appeal to, and style backwards from there.

One team, from advice to dismantling.

We work with a dedicated build partner for installation and small adjustments, and arrange furniture, accessories and logistics ourselves. Ready for the photographer within one to two weeks — you don't lift a thing.

From cluttered to market-ready in four steps.

Day 1

Introduction & survey

We visit your home, listen to your plans and agree the goal together: who do we want to appeal to, what is the sales story, which rooms need attention?

Within 3 days

Styling plan & quote

You receive a concrete proposal with mood imagery, a list of items and a fixed price. No surprises after the fact.

1 – 2 days

Styling on site

We arrive with furniture, accessories and a skilled team. Within one to two days your home is ready for photography and viewings.

After sale

Dismantling

As soon as your home is sold, we remove everything cleanly. You have nothing to think about.

What you can expect.

What is your area of operation?

We cover the whole Randstad. Our preference and home base is Amsterdam, but we style just as readily in Haarlem, Het Gooi, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam.

Do I have to remove my own furniture?

Not necessarily. During the survey we agree what stays, what moves and what is added. In some homes existing pieces actually support the narrative.

How long does the styling stay in place?

Eight weeks as standard. Extension on a monthly basis is possible. In most cases your home is sold well within that period.

Do you work alongside my agent?

Of course. We are happy to coordinate with your agent on photography, timing and presentation. No agent yet? We can think along on that too.

Is styling worthwhile for my type of home?

For most homes professional styling delivers an uplift that more than covers the investment. Where there is doubt, we give honest advice first — sometimes a small intervention is enough.

What is the difference with home staging?

In essence the same. We prefer 'sales styling' because it better describes what we do: not just dressing the home, but telling a deliberate sales story.
