We arrive with furniture and accessories and set up the home. Ready for photography and viewings.

At the end of the period, or as soon as your home is sold, we remove everything cleanly. You have nothing to think about.

What you can expect.
What is your area of operation?
The whole Randstad, with Amsterdam as our home base, also Haarlem, Het Gooi, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam.
Do I have to remove my own furniture?
Not necessarily. During the survey we agree what stays, what moves and what we add.
How long does the styling stay in place?
Three months, starting the day we place the furnishings. After that it can be extended by the week, for as long as the home is for sale.
Do you work alongside my agent?
Of course, we coordinate on photography, timing and presentation. No agent yet? We can think along too.
Is styling worthwhile for my home?
Not always. During the survey we say so honestly if we think it adds little, and where it does make a difference we explain why.
What is the difference with home staging?
In essence the same. We prefer 'sales styling' because we don't just dress the home, we tell a deliberate sales story.
