When tenants move on and you wish to sell, the condition at handover determines the proceeds. A dated property leaves money on the table. We make the asset sale-ready with targeted works — think a new floor, kitchen and bathroom or WC — so the property presents more strongly and appeals to the right buyer. Execution is delivered by our dedicated contractor, plumbers and carpenters, from plan and planning through to completion. You retain a single point of contact and never have to coordinate trades yourself.

Acquisition & sourcing

Based on your investment profile we source properties that fit your goal. We carry out the full groundwork: due diligence, financing guidance and negotiation.

Sub-division & re-parcelling

Splitting a larger building into rentable or sellable units can multiply returns. We guide split-permits, the construction trajectory and the notarial completion.

Retrofit & renovation

A strong energy label is no longer a luxury — it drives lettability, sellability and compliance. Our dedicated build partner handles renovations and retrofits; new-build and development experience sits within the team.

    Acquisition or optimisation

    Either new acquisitions or optimisation of existing holdings (sub-division, retrofit, re-letting). We move swiftly and carefully as soon as a fitting opportunity appears.

Questions from investors.

Do you work with both private and corporate investors?

Both. Private investors as well as corporate parties (BV structures, holdings, family offices).

Do you also handle financing?

We do not advise on financing ourselves (no AFM licence), but we work alongside selected mortgage advisers and lenders with experience in investment property.

What is your area of operation?

We cover the whole Randstad. Our preference and home base is Amsterdam, but we work just as readily in Haarlem, Het Gooi, Amstelveen, Utrecht, Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam.

How do you safeguard independence on buying mandates?

We receive no hidden commission from selling parties. Our fee comes solely from you, our client. This is set out explicitly in every engagement.

Do you also handle the sale of an investment?

Yes. We handle the sale of your investment through our sales-agency arm.
