The mandate in five steps
Introduction & brief
We discuss what you are looking for, what truly matters to you, and what is realistic within your budget. Honest, sometimes pointed.
Selection & viewing
We monitor the available supply and our own network. We screen rigorously, not every home is your home. Where there is interest, we view together.
Technical & legal review
We bring in a building surveyor where needed and read every clause in the purchase contract. We know where the risks sit.
Bid & negotiation
We advise on a bidding strategy and conduct the negotiation. In the Randstad every hour counts, and we are both fast and precise.
Through to the keys
From purchase agreement to notarial appointment. We stay on board until the keys are in your hand.
Fee and terms
Our fee is 1% of the purchase price, with a minimum of € 3,950. Both amounts exclude 21% VAT; including VAT this comes to 1.21% of the purchase price with a minimum of € 4,780. There are no start-up costs and you only pay upon result: if no purchase is completed, you pay nothing. The fee is settled through the notary at completion.
