A personal rental agent for internationals, whether you already live here or are moving over.
Many of our clients are internationals working in Amsterdam who need to move on from their current place. You have the income and the paperwork in order; what stands between you and the next home is speed, and knowing how this market works. We put you forward with a complete file, view on your behalf when you cannot be there yourself, and check the agreement before you sign.
The mandate in four steps
Introduction and search profile
We go through your wishes, budget and situation in English, and set out exactly what makes a complete file here: payslips, an employer's statement, identification and, where needed, a guarantor.
Searching and proposing
We respond to new listings the day they appear and put you forward with your file already complete, so your application is with the landlord while others are still gathering documents.
Viewing, in person or on your behalf
We arrange the viewings and come along. If you are abroad or cannot get away from work, we go in your place and send you video and photographs the same day, so you can decide with confidence.
Contract check and key handover
Before you sign, we check the rent against the statutory points system, the service charges, the deposit and the type of contract, so you do not agree to terms you are not required to accept. We stay involved through to the handover of keys.
Fee and terms
We work exclusively on behalf of you as the tenant. You only pay a fee when we complete a rental agreement for you: one month of base rent, excluding 21% VAT (including VAT this comes to 1.21 times the monthly rent). No result, no costs. For homes where we act for the landlord, we never charge you anything.
